Factory Specification Book for each R8

They show a 3-ring book that is specific to each R8 built. It
has all the factory information for the car especially the options.

Has anyone ever seen or obtained the book for their R8?

Would the factory part with the book if they were approached by the owner of the car?

It would be the ultimate in docmentation for the car regarding futures sales or value....

You dont need to. Ask for the printout from your dealer.
Mines a 4 page list of all the options (not the limited list on the data sticker) of everything fitted to the car.

Open the main fuse box cover, behind the foot rest of the passenger's seat, you'll find a big white sticker listing all option codes for the car as it came out of the factory.

Data sticker is pointless it doesnt tell you anything but basic platform information.
The print out tells you everything, every option the car has.

ie 4 pages of options codes (150+ codes), vs 20 codes on a data sticker.....
