Sorry to hear of your woes. I do have a slight problem with fogging of the headlamps but have had this on many cars. Hope that all your issues get sorted. Is it still under warranty?
Sorry to hear. Was this a used vehicle? Alignment off for tire wear? Correct temperature rated tires? I had a window seal replaced under warranty. Do you have mag ride? What sort of suspension problem are you having? I haven't had any foggy lights on my vehicle. And what sort of gearbox problems are you having? The more details you provide the more we can answer!
Welcome!

Just the one
Ahhh. So no one else to blame, eh?
38,000 is a fair bit of miles. If they've been hard ones, at speeds on harsh UK roads, then some of those items might be normal. Just for example, only rear tires bald at 7,500 miles could easily be done (and has been by several on the forum) with regular spirited driving. Heck, I've corded as set of rears in in one day on the track with just a little too much camber! Add a little misalignment due to bad roads and maybe not so surprising after all.
Of course, anyone's comments here are just idle speculation without knowing the full history of the car and its usage.
If you are displeased, I doubt anyone here will assist you in supporting a circumstantial case against your dealer - your issues are NOT normal and they are not reflected in any general problems with the R8.
