I'm no more expert in this than you, but I don't think much. I think they improve air flow, which likely increases throttle response at the expense of a few decibels.
Someone more knowledgeable will likely chime in tho

^^ Not an expert, but here is what I know. Some performance gains are realized when you reduce the back-pressure on an engine and let the exhaust gases get out more quickly. With that said, too much reduction is a bad thing.
Case in point: We removed a Hennessey "race" pipe setup from an R8 after we realized it was down nearly 40hp over the stock kit...

If you are looking to justify a purchase, then yes it does. Huge power adder! At least that is what I am telling myself.
If you are just curious, I am not sure anyone knows. I think there may have been a couple dyno runs back when StaSis came out with their system, but I don't remember anything conclusive. It is too hard to test properly. Based on other cars, there is maybe 10 hp or so in a new exhaust, plus some acceleration gains from the substantial weight loss. 10 hp or so is not that much, but for me the weight loss and improved sound are plenty of justification.

Other than weight savings, it's not going to add that much. I really don't think the gains would be very noticeable. I guess the only way to tell the performance gains would be to do a bunch of vbox speed intervals before and after. Dynos at the wheels, are not very reliable, nor will they tell you much another than numbers.
Your amazing HARRISON..where do you find this stuff??
Back to topic...Slight increase in power would not be a unreasonable expectation but i know my engine is more responsive and spins more freely. But this could be in conjunction with the after market Air filters as well.
It is worth it??..every single dollar and penny with a Stasis.

On a side note, if anyone is looking for a stasis, mine will likely be coming off in the next month or so....
