Hi, I was wondering if I can have my exhaust valves like stock but partially open when warm oppose to totally open all the time,
I just want it a little louder

You could adjust them mechanically on the adjuster..........except they put a couple of tack welds on them once adjusted!

Only way would be to make a 'stop' and hold it in place with something like a jubilee clip to prevent the valve from closing totally
