APR Chiptunning & Exhaust

Anybody habve any experien ce wi ththe New Chiptunning made by APR for our R8. The Greek representative has feedback for 40HP by APR officially. Also anyone have experience from Miltek or other brand on exhaust+Catalytic converter replacement for performance advancemement??? I know noise is better but what about the performance. Compared to other supercars, we have a small drawback on changing gears after the 3rd on R-Tronic... You feel that it sort of stalls for just a split second and then starts up again, and most claim it is from the catalytic converters mainly.... Any opinion on that?

10% hp increase from chiptuning on a naturaly aspirated engine?

I have seen about a 10% gain in an MKV R32 via software. I think 5-7% os more reasonable.
