Since I have the P.P.I. rear wing I don't find it necessary to use the factory rear spoiler unless in extremely tight,tight turns.Can I over-ride this situation?? It seems I am starting to ask the R 8 to do things it was not intended to do. like keeping engine bay illuminated while driving at nite. How would I acheive this? I want to avoid clipping wires if possible.

Hey Harrison, how much downforce does the PPI wing produce? I think the original spoiler only reduced lift and didn't produce any downforce!

IMO the only wings that give you noticeable handling improvements above 120km/h are the GT3 wing they produced.

Lift is reduced by downforce.My wing adds stability as well as down force .Forces increase with more speed. At 190 vehicle should travel upside down if road permitted. Sounds like Iron man stuff! Three wheeling is common but I think the stiffness of the R 8 might allow TWO wheeling.

It also increases drag ... you can't get something for nothing so 190 mph might be out of reach so I suggest you don't try driving upside down
