What will the diffuser back there accomplish? A little more controll when fish tailing?(drifting) Maybe less snap when stunting ? Or mainly helpfull at higher speeds for even MORE stability?? Or both ?

More suction=better grip, however they're only effective at the speeds they are designed to operate at. You'll never really notice any benefit beyond eye candy if you're just tooling around town.
The feeling of the tail of a car starting to get just a little lighter at high speed on the German autobahn can be somewhat unnerving. The diffuser is there to resolve that issue by adding downforce.
I doubt that it makes much difference at US legal road speeds.
