Have you heard of it? 15k service due and an OPTIONAL ECM flash RVU24F3 is available. The "just a service guy" mentioned it only affects the engine management system not shifting or anything else. Also mentioned , a small hole needs to be drilled into a plastic under panel. Also optional. Cool way to drag a guy in for an oil change? Unless someone out there knows more , I will stay away from the dealer for now.Imagine leaving the dealer with a slower more efficient car after an ECM flash .Yes the gas cap lanyard is also an OPTIONAL fix. Not an issue for me.
