Air Filters

Guys, I recently fitted the Carbonio Airbox cover and sports filters but forgot to post these pictures. The car had done 8k miles at this point and was shocked how much debris was in the airbox and the state of the filters. See below, I'd reccomend more frequent filter changes!!

I have just been reading up about filters etc on the ElsaWin system and it mentions vacuuming leaves and debris out of the air box !

I found pebbles in my airbox ( not the female singer Pebbles) And a ciggarette butt in front radiator.

With the windows in the lid I suspect, more often ;-)

Yeah, now that I have the windows, I sometimes check for debris and vacuum it out.

I'm sure they still have a set or two lying around. Way cheaper than what PPI wants for it.

Where did you source them? Did you get the windows in your box?

I went with the windowed airbox and got it as part of the group buy, I just forgot to post the pics. Interestingly, I didn't spot that the airbox is offset to the offside, means the filters aren't central as I had assumed (wrongly...)
