Great review and very entertaining. I had loaned my V10 to STaSIS for about a month for the development of the supercharger (measurements and test fitting, etc.).

I’m glad my car was involved with helping develop one of the “angriest, most bad-**** cars” ever (at 5:37).

Fantastic, really makes me wonder if I am doing the right thing selling the Spyder for the GT, when I could get more performance with the spyder Stasis set up, I notice they say its Audi dealer orderable in the USA, what about the UK? and with a warranty, you can’t go wrong... Mmmhh, what to do.

The R8GT is costing me £151,000 loaded, one of the 33 UK cars has already hit a dealer with a huge premium for the order slot, check this out;

Yes, a £47,000 premium, maybe I should take it, profit and spend some of that with Stasis!!

Have you driven the supercharged car? Just wondering how its driveability is around town. Most reviewers only highlight raw power. I'm interested in how well it behaves and if there are any tip in fuel issues or flat spots.

No I have not. They had my car in the first phase of development and the work was being done in CA.

If the STaSIS supercharger on the R8 V10 is anything like the one I have on my V8 (and there's no reason it shouldn't be), the driveability remains as good as ever.

Could you get the stasis kit in the fitted in the uk? I guess you wouldn't get the 4 years warranty tho and it would void the audi one too :/

what are the views on abt? as I seen them advertised now my local dealer (audi birmingham) and its still covered by full audi warranty.
