Info on VF Engineering supercharger pl

Hi friends I just acquired used Audi R8 run 1200miles , and happy to join this group, any info on VF engineering supercharger please , do we have any comparisons between VF & STASIS super chargers ?

I would go with STaSIS for the the simple fact of retaining factory warranty. Big plus i.m.o.

FWIW. It is a factory equivalent warranty not a "Audi factory" warranty.

Welcome to R8 talk. Both of them are similar and for us in India we dont have warranty anyway.

But with VF you get the Pete's Support.

I have the Stasis S/C which is the VF S/C. Stasis did not want to make their own and worked with VF to use theirs. I think the only difference is the tune each uses, Stasis uses their own tune and VF uses GIAC. Stasis is a few thousand more but that gets you a warranty and lets you have an Audi dealer install it.

Sounds like you have local support for the VF through "Pete", so IMO you should go with that.

Are you sure? VF site still shows GIAC tune with dongle to change. When I talked to the Stasis tech who did my install he said they use their own tune and thats why I didn't get a dongle.
