Revo Technik Re-Map V10

So as some of you are aware I had the milltek system fitted a couple of weeks ago (with valves) and Revo 'borrowed' my V10 to finish off their software for the R8 V10.

Just had a text message after the Dyno session (was a hub session rather than risking strapping it down) and they saw an increase of 34bhp at the hub.

All in all very impressive I think, considering the amount that would be lost through the crank.

They've told me that on full throttle they will get the valves to open from 2.5k and in a higher gear when throttle isn't floored it'll be the normal 4k (to prevent drone on the motorways)

I'll get a copy of the Dyno chart from them, scan it and then post it on here for comments.

Comment from the Tech was 'this is way past an lp560, its a totally different beast now!'

Glad to see you got your car done, I got in touch with Revo and DMS, regerding getting mine mapped, DMS got straight back in touch and I had it done the following week, the day DMS completed the work on mine Revo got in touch asking if they could use my car, but it was too late I had already had mine done. Oh well im really happy with the results from DMS, but it would have saved me a few quid. Be great to meet up, your only in Sheffield and most of our club runs are in South Yorkshire

About to have my V10 remapped this morning..great to hear the ecu map transforms the V10 into something pretty wild in performance terms.

Lambo beater is a nice place to be.

Got my car back yesterday and WOW. It pulls through the rev range so much better now, and the throttle response is a ton better!!
And with the Milltek there's plenty of popping and banging on overrun.

Will get some better vids of the exhaust etc but thought I'd post this for now:

Hi Gazza , I'm still abroad , How did your remap go ....was it a noticeable difference.are you happy with it.Any Dyno figures.

No time for dyno at the moment or exhaust clips as work commitments are intense.

Have had a Superleggra on a few weekends previously and it is certainly in the same company in acceleration and response.

Might have some AWE exhaust clips posted tomorrow.

I had the stage 2 Revo remap on my Cayman S along with the Miltek non res exhaust, what a difference it makes, to be honest i was hoping the exhaust would be a little louder but am very impressed with the performance of the combined fit.
