a lot (two words and a pet peeve of mine - sorry.)
Now you need to start adding hp. VF supercharger would be the way to go.

Certainly either a VF Supercharger or the Stasis install of the same is one very good way to go. That would be my recommendation, but then I'm biased :-)
That'll pop you up to 710hp (ish, ymmv)
Twin Turbos are another way to add hp. There are kits out there for 800hp and 1,000hp.
Simply "chipping" your car can give you 560hp. Apr have version favored here but Stasis also have a version as do other fine tuners out there.
2011 Audi R8 V10 MT; Sepang Blue with matching blade and engine vents; Stasis SuperCharger #12; Stasis brake rotors
2009 Porsche Cayman S MT (gone)
2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged
2004 Aston Martin Vanquish SDP Works Service MT (gone)
1997 BMW Z3 2.8 MT (gone)
ok thanks alot。 one more question, i want to upgrade the ecu, which company should i try。the apr, abt?
In the GTA you can contact Pfaff Tuning. They are big in that area.
either u have to remove weight ( a lot ) or you have to add power, both ways are expensive, either way u go the result will be the same

I guess you have a V10? If so, an ECU tune might be worth it. Much less so if you have a V8. Just changing an exhaust though, and even something on the intake, would not likely make any significant difference in 0-100 / 0-62, not enough to justify the cost.
ECU or forced induction, there's no other real way.
