Moggy has a 2011 V10 coupe manual trans. with Stasis supercharger. Try sending him a PM though he may not reply immediately as he is currently ... hum.. busy.

    Not too busy to respond!

The pros and cons of a manual transmission compared to the r-tronic are the same with or without the supercharger. I use my R8 as a daily driver and have no problems.

The only additional negative I'd add is that it's harder to do a manual launch. Those of you in group 'A' at the Audifest last year saw what happened as I was learning how to do it - lots of blue smoke out of the back. Yes, I smoked my clutch. Still works fine, though I'm sure I lost some life. With the increased torque, the engine will spin up to red line very quickly when the clutch is only partial engaged. As it turns out, you don't need to slip the clutch when you take off hard. Just pop it. Brace yourself, though. The acceleration is wicked!

How many miles do you have on your clutch? Did you install a new one when you supercharged it?
