Detailed service schedule/intervals

My car is due for its first service pretty soon with ~12K miles on the clock. It says 3000miles or 30 days.

Two questions:

1. Does anyone have the detailed service schedule our cars are meant to go through, 1st, 2nd, 3rd service, etc, and what is to be done/replaced/inspected at each of those service intervals? The service booklet describes things only very generally.

2. I certainly don't do 3K miles in 30 days, what happens if I wait 60 days, 90 days? Would anyone care? I guess the service timer would begin showing service is due 10 days ago for example?

1) I am on the long life service plan so first service was at 20,000 and the next was at 34,000. The 2nd service was just an oil change. I always have audi do the bare minimum and have my mechanic do the rest. They wanted to change pollen filter and other things for silly money...

2) You are allowed to do up to 1000 miles over according to my Audi dealership. When my car went a few 100 over it just said service due everytime I first started up the car.

The N.A. service schedules are in the Bentley manual. (no long life plan in our market)

I think it may even go into limp mode if it gets significantly past the service due date.
