Replacement Wiper Blades

As hard as I look I can't find a thread for replacement wiper blades for my 2008 R8. This said can anyone steer me the direction of after market replacement window wiper blades. I'm sure Audi charges a premium for something that is no better than good aftermarket blades ........... if they exist!

Audi will replace your wiper blades for free if the car is still under warranty. They did this for my A6 and A8. I have not needed replacement blades on the R8 so I don't know for sure.

Over the years I've tried pretty much all of the high line replacement wiper blades. IMHO you are just better off going with the OEM refill especially on the German makes. Worth the extra.

Thanks guys. Yes I am in warranty and yes I'm sure the OEM's are good. Academically I still would like to have a mass market backup in the event I'm wiperless in the middle of woop-woop!

Thanks Rit2. I'll take a look. Living in Maine it's not unusual to need blades and more blades!

The local Autozone sells Bosch blades that, to me, look just like the originals. Haven't tried them yet though.
