My hot R8 !!
Air-con high pressure switch burst away on a track day

On a fine day my air-con refrigerant line high pressure switch behind the front LHS headlamp got burst through the solenoid... i dont know what is the actual cause...

but i recollected and found that...

i have done about 25 Laps without the aircon on....
one lap=3.5kms
at the final cool-down lap i switched on the aircon suddenly one big whistling sound from the rear of LHS headlamp... then my aircon dint work....

can anyone know the cause?

Do you mean the rear (back of the car) left hand side light?
