PLEASE HELP. Navigation Fault code? Please enter PIN?

I recently had to unplug my car battery and my navigation popped up with this message( ENTER PIN CODE)????. Ive called audi dealership and they said i had to bring my car in and they would have to contact audi corporate. Has anybody experiences this problem? Is there a default code?

Have you tried 1234 or 0000?

There are no default codes. That system should have been restored by VIN and with the key left ON. The PIN required if when power is interrupted and or a component installed that doesn't have a VIN match. If the PIN is not in the user manual, then the dealer will need to connect the R8 to their GeKo system for an adaptation from Germany.

It'll take the dealership just a couple of minutes to resolve that for you. Make sure you write down the code though. Just in case...
