Audi Care question?

It has been a month since I bought my R8.Today I received a nice welcome package frpm Audi that contained a very cool key chain.It also contained info about Audi Care.My dealer threw in my Audi Care with my deal but I was wondering if you get confirmation that you have Audi Care thru the mail or is it in the computer when you bring your car in for service.I have heard or received nothing but I just wanted to be sure I have it...Thanks for the info.

When you take your car into the dealer's service department, the details of the maintenance contract should print out somewhere on the workorder. At least it does at my dealer.

My Audi Care contract prints out on the work order as well. At time of delivery my dealer also gave me a printed copy of the agreement to carry in the glovebox just in case I'm out of town and there is ever a question. However, the printed copy should not be necessary as the Audi Care contract info is maintained in Audi's system under your VIN.

Audi Care stays with the vehicle it was purchased for and is transferrable to a new owner. The original owner cannot transfer it to a new vehicle.
