Okay guys,
making progress but it is really not easy and different solutions for pre 2010 models (without BMC) will exist.
Enjoy

Nice progress, looks like you are doing some "bench" modulation, nice work. Can't wait to see more.
On the back up LED lights did you try to search for a way to re-code via VAG-COM, or just go right to the resistor solution ?
Asking because I want to hook up my lights to my 09 this week and would love any code guidance.

Hi guys,
another update and really sorry to hijack this thread but I think a lot of people are waiting on progress.
This time, the front lights.

Okay, we finalized the development of the plug & play version for the facelift tail lights. Will fit ALL models ..
Currently we evaluate different options.
1) Buy the electronics and install them yourself within the light (requires some knowledge)
2). External adapter that plugs to the tail light and you connect to your cable
3). Pre-built tail lights with the electronics built in (Plug & Play)
We will have to look for a supported vendor within r8talk.

Hi chaps,
I'm relatively new on here but have been following this thread.
Any developments with this as I am desperate to get these rear lights with the simplest install option possible. (less stuff for me to mess up ;-))
Keep up the good work Iggi.

If Iggi will sell the solution then I will sell offer the lights at a lower price.
My price depends on how much Iggi would charge me !!

I have a 2010 V10. Would this work for me without the hassle? (Electronics changed, adaptor etc)
These are also the same guys that say my car can't go over 55-65 mph on many roads . . . . While this makes a difference with audiusa importing the model to the US. I am not worried about making a change like this myself. No different than using the Vag-Com to eliminate the running light wink, or all the guys blacking out the side marker lights to make them look euro here in the US. Zero worries here, bring on the wiring adapter!
