Hi guys,
Just an update..
I posted to ask when my kit will be delivered on their Facebook.. My friend who helped me ordered had emailed them but no reply, and their chief is always out of office..
So I asked on public when my kit will be delivered, they replied swiftly asking me to inquire via email.
After which I said I keep getting unconfirmed answers n asked them to publicly answer me.
As expected, they deleted my posts and I cannot post anymore comments. I guess that says a lot of this company.. Buyers beware.
Luckily I took snapshots of the conversation.. for all here to view and decipher..
PS: The fact that they barred me from saying more just shows how this company treats their customer who had bought a 20,000 Euro kit from them..image.jpgimage (1).jpgimage (2).jpg
I cannot believe that any "business" in this day and age does this sort of stuff...
R8Gt3..I feel sad for your experience that I,m sure started with such excitement and has now come to this.
Such a shame as the kit is a real looker IMO.

i hope you have filed a claim with the german police Bundespolizei as that facebook message proves that there intensions are to commit fraud.
Sigh.. I'm sad too to be honest.. I was really looking forward to having the kit by Christmas.. Then by new year.. But it didn't happen.. And their actions are just so unethical..
I felt if they had nothing to hide, or had something to show, they could have just easily answered my enquiry publicly.. There's nothing to hide..
I've sent them a final email asking for a refund.. Honestly even if I ever get the kit, I feel kinda ashamed of using their stuff.. Definitely not what I was expecting from a German company.. Or maybe their advertising was just too good..

I haven't filed any legal thing against them yet.. As I wanted to give them a chance to prove themselves.. But their actions today just showed me otherwise.. Here I am trying to be patient and nice, there on the other hand they just treat me like a fool..
As mentioned I will ask a final time for a refund today.. I think I deserve a refund, unless they can show me something.. Even if its just one piece of the GT850 kit I paid for..
I hope more people can see these posts so as to avoid getting into the same crap situation as I did..
