    Question R8 Front-end Lift

Has anyone looked into using parts from the Lamborghini Gallardo front-end lift system to add a front-end lift system to the Audi R8? I'm tired of scrapping the front on speed bumps and driveways.

Try using a different car on routes that scrape your car or a different route? And just have your drive way dug up and flattened

Thumbs up Re: R8 Front-end Lift

You don't have to adapt!! The kits are already out there for the R8. I have front spoilers and don't find the kit necessary. BUT the entrance to the Concorso was very tricky . Manuevering on golf cart trails...Probably screwed up a few participants. Extreme care is what I exorsize. Actually I am surprised my front spoilers haven't flown off yet . Hit 140 on way to Monterey. Any more speed would probably be pushing it. My car is set up for the TRACK not BONNEVILLE .

Can't dig up the driveway and flatten it because then the river that runs down CA Highway 35 in a winter storm would run down my driveway and into my garage. Will search the web for possible solutions. If anyone would like to share URLs on the subject it would be appreciated.

PPI probably has the kit. Davey ,if he has a chance, will inform us ,I'm sure!! He'll probably be in need of the kit as well.

My Arizona cousin has'nt paved his drive way , knowing his parents don't have 4 wheel drive. No one, especially my aunt and uncle can make it up his RADICAL driveway.I dumped my dirt-bike coming DOWN his driveway(at Nite)

    Re: R8 Front-end Lift

HR Automotive makes the lifts for the PPI Razor but I can't seem to find details and pricing. I think PPI must modify one of the HR units for use on the Razor.

    Re: R8 Front-end Lift

Would this lift make it stay higher, or is it a system that you can make go up and down?
