See quite a lot of exotic cars on You Tube racing/dragging full speed with hazard lights flashing on freeways.

Yes, we do race on the freeways quite often in summer.
For sure it’s not allowed. The max speed aloud in Russia is 110 km/h

They will think twice before stopping that sort of cars: they don’t need problems normally
I’m not sure you’ve pointed out that I have no number plates at all and I ride it daily
