    Luggage Compartment CF

Attached are my photos of my CF install in the luggage compartment. Basically a very simple job, all the plastic bits are held in with (sort of) dzus fasteners which need a half turn or so. You need to unclip the hood stays and take off the wiper arms as well. The dzus fasteners need an amazing amount of force to reset. You need to grind a screwdriver down a little to round the end so it fits the clip well, easy to slip off otherwise.

Getting it all to fit is a bit of a fiddle but the whole job took about an hour from garage open to beer open.

    The plastics all removed.

    Job finished.

CF seat bases and Engine Air Vents next.....
    Best Regards, Ian

Looks great. Is this product or your custom development? If it is a product, where can I get one and what would it cost. I hate all that plastic at least with CF it is worth the clean up every car wash.

Looks nice. I like the engine bay vents too. I can't see from the pictures, but did you happen to have an opening to the brake fluid?

I had it custom developed by a company in Germany called Carbon Company ( http://www.carbon-company.com/ ) and they use my build until I am happy as the template for production. if you follow the link you will see my stuff featured there. Johannes at CC is excellent and is not happy until you are, so I am happy to reccomend.

CF illuminated sills will finish off the interior. Then I plan to get the external grills and a PPI rear spoiler. Then onto the TT or SC route when the warranty runs out.
