VAGCOM - Rear Tail Lights

I have 09 R8.

I know there are other threads, but they didn't help me with regards to keeping the rear tail lights on as DRL and the convenience window with remote. I am mainly concerned with the rear lights. I would like to keep them on to match the front. I fixed the winking issue and the seat belt chime. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think anyone's figured out how to get the remote to open/close the windows yet.

Fortunately my R8 opens and closes windows with the remote from the factory which is nice.

I know there is a KVW100 which works on VW but not sure it works plug and play on Audi.

I'm not sure if the version matters. i have VCDS 10.6.3. Just got into SELECT CONTROL MODULE, then GO into 17-INSTRUMENTS, I think coding then Long code helper. Tab over in the BYTE and look for the seat belt and I think you can in activate. I followed this person MotherTucker "Well I did succeed in turning off my seatbelt chime. In Module 17 (Instruments) Control Code, I set the second digit from the right (previously an 8) to a zero." If you can't find it, let me know I will get exact instructions and plug in the vag com. I just did it a few days ago. Let me know.

I just plugged VAGCOM in. Go into 17 Instruments, Coding - 07, then in the first box it says Software coding (0 - 8388607) then a box with numbers in there that you can change which after changing it mine has these numbers:
0085208. Basically the seat belt chime is the question mark one. XXXXX?X. I think default it is set as 8. Just change it to 0 to inactivate the chime.
