Anyone with 2010 or newer upgrade non-Nav to Nav?

Has anyone here modified a non-Nav 2010+ car to Nav?

I've seen some 2009 and older done, but the RNS-E was updated in 2010, and was wondering if anyone had changed it since?

I imagine worse case is I could just swap out the whole radio for an RNS-E unit, but if I do that, anyone know what else is needed?

Yes. Don't do it. Plain and simple. It's not worth it nor the hassle of doing it. Good luck with getting your back up camera to work too.
