Just curious, do you guys sway customers to go with 20's on all applications? I don't recall seeing anything smaller on any of the forums I frequent.

Personally I'm not keen on that spoke design. And i thought most people were saying 20s make the ride terrible in the R8 and yet many R8 owners are going with 20s. Presumably just for aesthetics and balls to the ride quality?

20's give a harsh ride and can rub. I suffer from both issues with the summer sneakers on the present car.

The new car's getting 19's.

We really dont sway one way or the other, for the most part people pick what they want. 85% of the time people will want to + size their set ups

Ride quality is very subjective. And what one may consider "harsh" is not for the other. Of all the R8's we have done 90% go to 20s'. Even most recently we did a set of 19's, within 2 weeks the customer ordered 20's.

You should not be rubbing any where. We have run aggressive offsets and lowered with no rubbing what so ever, we have had a Heffner TT R8, that was on 20/21's with KW coilovers no issue, then we did 20/20 on our V10 R8 and H&R springs and had no issues.

Both cars at some point ran 20x12 rears on 325's and 245 fronts. NO issues not rubbing. What wheels do you have?

My car rides virtually the same as before, and I'm lowered and running 20" wheels.
