A few new mods. Painted engine vents, AND.... :-)

I won't bore you guys with everything I did to the new V10, because I repeated a lot of what I had done to my previous V8. But..... I will share pics of the gloss black painted rear engine vents, and my personal favorite....... painted Scuderia Red center mesh screen thinga majiggy . Ok, if anyone knows the proper name of this, feel free to correct me. But, what I will do is... take all credit and responsibility for this! Of course I discovered it à la R8 GT, but hey, at least I saw the vision and followed through.
The last pic is of the powder coated exhaust tips, and of course, the OEM c.f. diffuser.

Wow! I think it is free to say you have one of the nicest R8s out there! How big a job was it to have the engine strip painted?

Engine strip is great..along with the rest.

Is the strip on the engine just a simple remove the bolts?

Is it normal paint or some hi temp heat resistant?

Yep, just removal of screws. Not sure what paint my shop used, but they are top notch, and I'm sure did the right thing.

Thanks Richard. It really compliments my red accent theme well. I did the calipers, the "R" on R8 badge, and same on gas cap assembly in red, as I did on my V8. Also bought all new banging and had done gloss black.

Smart phones my a$$! Lol. I swear I try to proof read everything when using my phone, but once in a while, one slips through the cracks! *badging*
