V10 tips to V8 bumper - have you done it ?

i know they do fit

but my questions is how 'well' do they fit?

Does anyone have any close up pics they could share ?

I don't care for that fit. Why can't someone come out with one oval tip that is flat on top/bottom a little to conform to the V8 bumper opening. I guess there would be a small market for that but would look AWESOME!

Hi Aka_dk,

As Fifty already displayed, you can see my R8 featuring the V10 exhaust tips. Its a clean fit with no modification, however if you look closer you can see the OEM V8 bumper is specifically designed to cater for the twin pipes, as the top and bottom of the oval is flat. If your a perfectionist, then your most likely want to change the rear bumper with the exhaust tips housing specifically designed to cater the oval exhaust tips. (V10 Bumper)

I bought these tips from 50p but they have not yet turned up which is a bugger as I had my bumper off yesterday for fitting for quicksilver zorst

im pretty dissapointed tbh and 50p hasnt yet replied to my email asking if he has a tracking number for them in the post as its been 7 days ....
