Thumbs up Re: great read on R8-V10 winding road

It certainly is a nice read. I am glad I have my V10 order in already since it is not going to be here until Q1 2010.
Maybe they will have the dual clutch S-tronic trans by then! That would make it worth the wait.

Correction! V8 and V10 both use 380mm or 15" Front Rotors according to spec sheets.

Sort of an ongoing theme here....but what does it mean to have your "order in" for the V10?

    1. Does it mean that you've put down your deposit and are waiting for your dealership to call once they have the allocation so that you can pick your colors, options, and get a build date?
    2. Or..does it mean that you've sat with your dealership and have picked colors, options, etc?

I'm not trying to be cinical. I'm just trying to gauge what others are hearing in their part of the woods versus what I'm hearing here at my dealership.
