R8 came in today!!! Pics of my new baby

Wow. Looked better than I thought it would. These Pics still dont do it justice. The severe angles and curves as many of you know can only be enjoyed in person. The width of the air duct and door are so cool. The illuminated door sills and the engine light at night. The crazy torque upon request it infectious. Car feels very tight and just and over all quality feel.

Stares are over the top. I am slightly used to it but everywhere I went today there were gatherings. Came out od a store on the way home and 2 guys were chillin and doing circles around it. Good guys and I told them the truth. Said I just picked it up and a true newbie. They were all compliments and I can see why. Art on wheels...

and lol- at your stares are over the top comment. i know a few people with exotic cars, ferraris, lambos, astons, etc., but for some reason it seems like the R8 gets the most love!! only i thing i kind of regret now, after joining this forum, is not getting the v10! oh well...
