    Did soak some WD40 but that may not be enough. I ordered 2 more universal wiper pullers (one appears to be knock off of T10369 that Audi uses) and hopefully that will do the trick.

    Looks like I will be putting some anti seize before installing the wipers back...

    Thanks. I will keep you guys posted with the final result. Now I am debating whether to secure the piece with just velcro or plastic fasteners.

    Got another set of of wiper pullers and it worked perfectly along with some penetrating oil like Knocker Loose. I highly recommend those non adjustable pullers as they work way better and will cause much less damage to the wiper arms. The hole was cut out with a jigsaw.

    If you're still trying to remove the wiper arm, try folding up the wiper arm while tightening the puller tool. Mine wouldn't move unless I bent up the wiper arm. It's on there tight, but it will release.

    Very neat job. You could be forgiven for thing it was OE if you didn't know differently.
