I bet that everyone who replied in this thread to hate on Chinese made products probably typed their response from their iPhone that was made in China.

My hatred for Apple products began in the late 90s with the iPod

When is the exhaust getting put on?

Made in China is fine, as long as you paid Made in China price. I concur these fly by night wheel/exhaust companies that are all marketing/hype with ridiculous markup should be called out and exposed.

Not sure if you’re serious or not. I’ve never welded anything in my life so I can’t comment on the quality of the welds. As long as it doesn’t leak and holds up for a few years, I don’t really care what they look like.

Going to be a few weeks at least.

That being said I’m really looking forward to getting it fit on there and seeing how it sounds. I suspect the fit and finish will be nearly as good as any other system out there.

Also I’m most excited to hear what the Nay Sayers have to say then. “It’s cheap, it’s gonna fall apart, it won’t sound good, BUT THE QUALITY, but the residual value is better!!”

Blah blah blah. All I hear is “Don’t cut me out! I’m the middle man! I need to make my cut on this 6 grand exhaust and I don’t make anything if you go direct to the source!”

So full of it. Fear mongering people into over paying.

I’m going to post everything here so people can make an actual educated decision in the future.

I really am serious. After watching a bunch of YouTube videos, I bought a tig-welder and spent quite a few weeks to learn how to do a weld without making a hole in the pipes. My final work does not look half as good as the one in your pictures.

I respect welders much more now.

Well these guys are doing this stuff all day. theyre professionals I’m sure.

by the way, check these guys out I just found on YouTube

they’re selling the literal exact same exhaust system. I can tell because of the valve controller they show in the beginning, and by looking at the exhaust that they used the same manufacturer on alibaba.

they pretend it is their own, brag about the welds, brag about how great the fitment and sound is, and they charge 3,000$!!!!!

so anyone wanting to know how it sounds, here you go
