I'm posting this car up for sale (or lease takeover) for a good friend of mine who's not into forums, etc, but who's looking to sell his car, as he has his eye on something a bit more...Italian ;)

As the title says, the vehicle is a 2018 R8 V10 Plus Spyder S tronic, Daytona Gray Pearl Effect, Black Interior/Silver Stitching. MSRP was $222,150.

My friend is the original owner, leased though Audi, and is located here in Tampa, FL.

This is a clean Carfax, no accidents, non-smoker, no stories, no issues, car; nada. And since its a lease, you can easily confirm the car is well maintained (all maintenance done at Audi of Tampa). Vehicle is essentially flawless.

VIN is WUA4BCFX3J7902395. Window sticker + photos are below.

Lease Takeover Details:
Lease Terms: 36 months/30,000 miles
Monthly lease: $3,000/mo
Current Mileage: 17,700
Lease End: 4/2022 (still under OEM Warranty)

Sale Price:
Asking $145,000 (will cover what Audi is asking for it) OBO.

Car is located in Tampa, FL.

Thanks!

Markcus, thanks for the kind words.

Based on the numerous PMs I'm receiving:

  • This is NOT a distressed sale (I clearly stated he wants to pick up something Italian = more expensive).
  • Audi has already offered him in the upper $130s. That's trade-in value.

As such, please NO cash-now lowball offers. Vehicle is for sale/lease takeover at the low end of the appropriate market value, that's all.

if it were mine and I was upgrading then I would simply trade it in as seller says dealers are offering upper $130's
tax incentive alone should bring you very close to your asking price
just saying

Not quite. You’d owe trade in price + remaining lease payments 😉

I may be interested as I'm in the process of looking for one. I haven't 100% decided on a R8 yet but I live locally in St Pete. Would be interested if you don't mind in putting me in contact with either yourself or him regarding the vehicle.

I can vouch for the owner of the car as I know both him and FDNewbie. GLWS.
