If you can find Quicksilver - I had it on my V8 R8. It was hands down best exhaust I've heard on the V8.

Top Gear out of the UK was on my 2014 when it arrived to me. Valved. absolutely great sound, I have posted videos here before, you should be able to find them.

 

Yep, that would be my choice currently, as they are a bit cheaper than the quicksilver.

 

All depends on budget.

Best sounding for your model year are IPE and Tubi.
Screaming exhaust would be Armytrix titanium - but more expensive.

I can’t say enough about my Tubi. Love it. My friend owns a dealer that just got in a ‘14 R8 V8, and I don’t know what aftermarket is on it but it made me feel even better about the Tubi. At cold start it’s pretty loud, to the point where I parked too close to an E Class and set off its alarm twice in a week (never happened before), but when you wind it out above 4K RPM it sounds amazing. If it didn’t, as I don’t like loud exhausts for the sake of being loud, I would’ve put the stock exhaust back on which came with the car. The scream is really nice.

The Tubi is a bit higher pitched, if anyone is into that. I’ll make a video, tomorrow, if I have a chance and figure out where to mount the phone. If I do it now, someone would have to come and bail me out. Lots of wide open road just begging to be torn up at high speed at this time of night.
