Thanks! I registered the car in a state that doesn’t smog cars. California is too strict with modified cars and got state reffed with my other cars. Found a loop hole. Also got rid of my California driver license too. Other states doesn’t play the point game. I’m in my 5th point. Lol

Theses are the states that doesn’t use the point system. I’m not 100% so call the state dmv your trying to get a license with.
