I couldn't find anything perfect on this by research, so here's my contribution to this topic:
2014 R8 Spyder AC Recharge Port Location is under the clamshell and under a small panel. You need a T30 star to get the 2 bolts off. You can't get the ports wrong as the fill adapter won't fit on the high pressure port, but I flagged them anyway.
