This car is back up for sale. There is a listing on Craigslist just posted. Original 6speed car had 100,000 miles. Everything was changed out. Price is 86,000 firm. Feel free to reach out with any questions regarding the build. A lot of interest already. No one really know how special this car is until that see it in person and get all the details. Cars located in Los Angeles, Ca. Has carbon ceramics, revo tune, and titanium exhaust. Professionally built by a highly reputable race shop. Drives incredibly tight and super responsive. This is definitely one of a kind and such a conversation piece. Odometer says 105,000 every part on the car minute the transmission, chassis, and ecu’s actually have less than 30,000 miles on them.

Timing is everything in life. I’m really upset that I don’t have my funds in order because I want this car and I wouldn’t sell this car for less that 100 grand if I owned it. R8’s pop up for sale all the time. Whoever buys this won’t sell it. Such a special car and the only one like it.

So this is a 2012 V10 Gated, and it had all the GT Parts swapped over?

Full Exterior/Body Kit, Cluster, and Engine?

Only the Chassis and the Transmission are original?

Car is registered as the red 2012 r8 v10 manual that the original donor car came as. It has 100,000 miles on the title because that is what the car had when we purchased the car.

Yes the cluster is GT, the full interior is GT, The exterior body is GT, subframe dif engine every suspension component is oem GT. Thus only the transmission, front windshield, ecu’s and Chassis are not from the GT. I would like to point out that the GT chassis is no different except for a small section cut out in the luggage compartment. This chassis would have been on the assembly line for GT’s and they would have cut a small section out. They choose not to hack anything and leave it the way it is. Also we had a carbon fiber composite specialist create us a one off custom dry carbon fiber red stitched alcantera shift knob. My idea was to make a custom plate instead of the shift pattern that would have read reading -1/331. The shift pattern is what is in the knob now.

Just to be clear, it has a clean title? It's not some strange salvage or rebuild situation? Also, I take it the clutch was recently taken care of, given the high mileage on the transmission as a whole?

Such a nice car... but this will be such a hard sell to anyone that cares about "long term resale value". 100k miles on an r8's title... is hard to get over.

Either way, beautiful build.

Good luck OP!

Whoever buys this car will let go of one of their children before selling this car. Lol, seriously it is Uber special and the miles on the title is insignificant to the actual car in person. The title is clean, not branded. There’s a deal in the works. I have a feeling it will be off the market by tomorrow afternoon. If this happens I’ll let everyone know.

Geez, are people just flipping it one after another?

Due to chassis miles, suggested price in the 30’s lol. I’m in for 30 :p

That's what I was saying earlier... it doesn't matter what kind of mods are on it... but the paperwork is what's selling the car. Either way, it's a beautiful build... for someone that will never sell it.
