Removal of bonnet and doors - wiring

Hi all,

To remove both the bonnet and doors appears simple enough however I'm finding it hard where exactly I'd be able to remove or unplug the wiring?

For the bonnet I've followed the wiring down from the bonnet hole and there isn't a connection? Same again for the doors however I think (I hope there's an easier way!) that I need to release all the connectors directly from the door and then pull all wiring through the door? Which I'm sure means removing the glass as there are connecters each side - a lot of added work

Any tips would be a great help! I'm currently turning my V10 Spyder Brown to Nardo Grey

Dunno on the R8 specifically, but normal practice is to pull the inner trim, unplug all the stuff then pull it out of the door. No real way around that.

Yeah, I have all the door trim off with all connectors exposed - before I do this and remove the door glass etc was just hoping they'd be an easier route - thanks Spinnetti!

I Removed my doors when I wrapped the car. Open the door and the loom has a connection. Remove the rubber housing between door and sill and just literally unplug the the loom from the door. No need to remove any door cards ect.
Not sure in bonnet as I didn't Remove this.

Does anyone know how to disconnect the windscreen jet washer pipes from the bonnet? Getting my bonnet repainted and PPS coated, bonnet looks easy to remove its just not obvious how to disconnect the washers.
