Bought this a while back and don't think i'll end up installing it. Taking up space in garage so need it gone. Its metal, had it painted to match the Alcantara headliner. Comes with mounting plates, hardware, bolts. Not sure what the brand is....don't think anything is stamped. No bends, damage, etc.....Please buy this or its going as wall art.
