Am wanting ton install a valved exhaust to my v10 Spyder
Other than main dealers can anyone recommend an installer based around Yorkshire? Also are you able to advise the rough install cost they charge?

Depends what exhaust you want to install and if they know what they are doing......... I live in teesside and use Ricky @REP so it a 500 mile round trip but I know the job will be perfect.

I work in Hull, live in Grantham - just fitted my own valved exhaust to my 2013 V10 Plus. The procedure is lengthy but straightforward, loads of small bolts. Doing it steadily it took me about a two days spread over two weekends. I was quoted £1,000 from a specialist in Nottingham, plus new manifold clamps for £120 ('as they always brake'). My exhaust supplier didn't agree but was wrong! Despite loads of WD40, I snapped both clamp bolts. So probably 4 hours of my time was spent drilling out the broken remains, buying new stainless bolts and tapping them to the required thread length - all in all a bit of a chew. But it does sound good :) Happy to give advice if you fancy trying the same.

Hi All

My first post having just taken delivery of a 2013 V8! Loving the car, but could just do with a little more noise from the exhaust. So tempted to go Topgear or custom.

I’m also in a similar area and looking for someone to install. Spoken to a company called Eurosport, they are exhausts specialists and said it would only take them a couple of hours and they do them regular. Not sure how realistic that is. Has anyone had any experience of these guys? He seemed to know his stuff on the phone. They also do custom exhausts.

If I still lived in the U.K. the only place I would take my R8 is to Ricky, so just do it.
