Any member in Hong Kong?

Hi all,
I am visiting HK for a week during Thanksgiving and would love to get some suggestion on things to do and foooooooooood :)

Not in Hong Kong but from Hong Kong. Here's some good things to do and eat in Hong Kong.

Attractions
1. Disney Land Hong Kong
2. Ocean Land
3. Victorias Peak + Tram
4. Avenue of Stars at Tsim Sha Tsui
5. Hong Kong Space Museum
6. Big Budha & Ngong Ping 360 cable car
7. Madame Tussauds Wax Gallery

Shopping:
1. Tsim Sha Tsui - Brand & luxury good shopping, department stores like Sogo, Lane Crawford etc.
2. Mong Kok - Cheap goods shopping, souvenirs and sports shoes and goods
3. Sham Sui Po - Tech shopping, from games, computers and phones etc.

Street Food:
1. Curry Fish Balls
2. Stinky Tofu (Not a fan but some ppl like it)
3. Egg Waffles
4. Egg Tart
5. Glutinous Rice Roll

Restaurant recommendations
1. Michelin Star Chinese cuisine - Lung King Heen at the four season hotel (Booking in Advance)
2. Peninsula Hotel in central for some english High Tea.
3. Lan Fong Yuen in central for hong kong's first Milk tea and Polo Butter bun
4. Tai Ping Koon in Central for chinese western food like swiss chicken wings, soufle etc
5. Yue Kee Roast Goose in Sham Tseng for some authentic roast goose, hard to find overseas.
6. King Ludwig Beer Hall in Stanley for German cuisine
7. Mak's Noodle in central for authentic wonton noodles
8. Chop Chop at Causeway Bay for the best BBQ Pork
9. Lun Wah Hotel in Shatin for Deep fried squab (pidgeon)

Bar Area
1. Lan Kwai Fong - Bars, lot's of expats and local go here after work and weekends.
