does anyone have any more info in relation to this exhaust or are they trying to build a hype but not releasing anything? i have sent them emails, Instagram messages with no luck.

There is not much info on anything apart from the youtube and instagram videos.

Also someone did a post about the equal lenght headers coming out from Valvetronics but its hard to tell over youtube videos if its similar? i think the secret weaponexhaust is the real deal...

Well look im not sure. There is people on this post that have gone there and spoken to the owner, and there is plenty of proof out there that they are a shop. My question is, how come its impossible to contact them, there is no price anywhere and apparently they are super expensive. So where is everyone getting the information from?

And somehow people now know their secret? what is their secret if it seems you cant even buy it yet!

maybe im looking in the wrong places...

Yeah seems like they have all this hype but are not currently selling any of their exhaust systems to the masses (as of yet), which is weird. Even their website is really not even setup.
If you look at their Instagram page you will see that dozens of cars have their exausts. Especially Aventadors, Revueltos and Ferrari 458's. They are not looking at selling products to masses. Mass production would compromise the quality of their products. On their website you can only book a consultation. They can make you an exhaust for any car you want if you are willing to agree to their terms. Some guy made them do an exhaust for his 4 cylinder Lotus Elise lol... That man probably has the most expensive Lotus Elise exhaust in existence

Ha, that was my video. I'm visiting Secret Weapon here in Sao Paulo this week. Alex (Lambo Jesus) stitched up my videos and posted on his channel here:

Wow very cool, have fun there! When Alex (Lambojesus) gets his exhaust and makes videos with it, this system will finally become popular in the US and perhaps even globally. From there, more people are going to wonder how that sound is possible and do some research. I hope that eventually there will be cheaper stainless steel options for various odd-firing V10 engines from various manufacturers. The main concern for the front engined cars will probably be packaging. We'll see.

Every exhaust is handmade. These guys are not just regular welders - they are artists and sound engineers when it comes to the welding craft. I’ve been told that even if one of the header outlets has a centimeter difference in length - it will completely compromise the sound.
Alex should get his setup next month. I’m excited because I’ll get to hear it on a weekly basis in Arizona 🤩

Definitely, the slightest length difference will cause the engine to essentially sound like parallel running 5 cylinders, so the lengths have to be calculated and manufactured very precisely so that it gets the high pitched real V10 sound. And there is a ton of other aspects too besides the sound engineering: corrosion, durability, heat expansion, dimensional stability, does the exhaust have any unpleasant drone. As far as I know the Secret Weapon exhausts have a lifetime warranty, correct me if I am wrong. But yeah all this shows that they put in a ton of effort, no compromise in quality, which of course comes at it's price.

Now, back to uneven firing V10's. If you want you can emulate even 72° firing intervals by altering exhaust lengths. For example common 90° V10's with 90°-54° intervals, if you make the exhaust pipe of one bank around 25% longer than the other before the bank connection, 90° interval will be reduced to 72° and the 54° interval will be increased to 72°. So it will sound like an even firing engine even though it's not. I think this would already sound great. But if we then also add stepped headers or a stepped exhaust then that should definitely sound smooth like a CGT/LFA despite being an uneven firing engine.
Can you explain this a bit further to a layman/luddite like me. I can’t get my head around how it doesn’t matter which bank you increase the length of the pipework by 25% relative to the other.
