The unfortunate side effect of working for a company is that everything that is done by that employee is under public scrutiny and can be associated with the company. As mentioned before, I am uninterested in what STaSIS may have or not done to Joel, it's of no concern to me. His conduct during the process of trying to deal with these issues was unprofessional and he had every chance to handle the issues legally, which it appears is how they were eventually solved. The fake screen names, having friends create fake screen names, making a ridiculous scene, etc. was bothersome and again we see it again in this thread, which again I took issue with. If Joel or whomever Ilena4eva actually had screen names or signatures with their names or at the very least introduced themselves to the forum as useful members there would be zero issue.

Again I would suggest that if you don't want APR's name being dragged publicly into any personal business issue that an employee has/had it would probably be best to tell that employee to be satisfied with the fact that they work at APR, you are all pleased to have that employee on board and move on regardless if they feel that myself or anyone doesn't have their facts straight about an old dealt with matter that is essentially of no importance anymore.

I guess this employee wasn't even informed.

Said employee was let go. The people who essentially suck the money out of Stasis do not show up to the facility on a day-to-day basis.

Whilst we like to consider R8Talk a place where everyone is allowed to state a opinion or point of view..this thread has now got into areas that really don't benefit any owners here apart from airing accusations and derogatory comments against others.

Whilst these might hold fact,fiction or falsehoods and we might find the soap opera interesting..the continuation of firing shots across the bows is really of no benefit to any owner of a R8 here.

Their is a genuine need for discussion of facts for what is occurring for to R8 owners with Stasis parts fitted and the warranty implications with their closure or restructure but this tread has really been highjacked from the OP's original thread and as such this tread is now closed.
