this gonna be good, almost as good as the alibaba rotors...because judd never really bought those. just teased us with pictures of them with some strippers or somethinhg I forget

I would never order Rotors or pads.

The reality is exhaust is just exhaust. Your life doesn’t depend on it. We’re talking about a road going car, not a racecar. There is no difference between this exhaust and the scammers who ask 5k+ for the same thing with their company’s name on it.

Not until we see it installed. I am full of bull, but not on money. And I want to see you make the anti-alibaba crowd eat it by finding a 2k chinese exhaust that sounds better. I'm pulling for this thing to work!

I believe I have found my partner for Juddsaliexpressdeals.com This guy gets it! I really feel the same. Rotors or shocks, no thank you. But something that is for fun? Sure. I'm in.

People think these aftermarket exhaust systems are flawlessly designed by engineers who have masters degrees and have spent countless hours of R&D designing the perfect system.

And then it is perfectly constructed.

It isn’t the case. If anything, thats probably a more accurate statement for your OEM exhaust system.

These aftermarket companies throw pipes together and pay some factory in China to put it together. Sure maybe they do a little R&D on design. The construction is not perfect, AND THATS OK.
It doesn’t have to be perfect. It’s a street car. The difference between 600hp and 605 doesn’t matter. As long as the construction is good and everything fits and you don’t have any exhaust leaks, it’ll all be ok.

If you get off on spending 10k on your exhaust so you can brag about it at cars and coffee - that’s ok too. There’s a perceived value there, I get that. I’ve worked on enough cars in my time to know there is no real difference, as long as the cheap exhaust isn’t falling apart of course, which it sometimes does. Just because it’s made in China though doesn’t make it worse quality, there are plenty of American companies with AWFUL quality.

Now brakes, shocks, tires, things your life depends on. That’s another story.

Anyways rant over.

looks like Ryft exhaust, hopefully it doesn't melt your bumper
The picture shown is not the actual exhaust. Placeholder picture.

I doubt that it’ll have any negative effect. You guys gotta get this Chinese propaganda out of your heads. These companies just want your money. It’s that simple.

I agree with you. And... I also think there is like a 4% probability that you get shipped a miniature exhaust like when people buy cheap furniture on aliexpress and it turns out to be doll house furniture. Either way, I am excited to finally have some excitement around here! This place has been a bit boring lately.

This could happen…. I seriously doubt it. These are very reputable manufacturers in China that are inspected and certified by the government and Alibaba.

Anyways that’s why you pay with AMEX 😎

Having just installed a Kline exhaust (stainless because I’m pragmatic),
I‘m curious to see what the alibaba system looks like, how it’s assembled, the fitment, and of course the sound. Unfortunately accurately conveying exhaust notes through the internets is complicated.

Personally I’m ecstatic about the Kline. It’s worth every penny. Would I be chuffed if Ali baba made one just as good for 1/4 the price? Yup.

I will post pictures when I receive it for the forum to dissect. I’m sure your Kline is great quality and sounds great. And if you’re happy with what you paid for, then there’s nothing to be upset about. Enjoy your great exhaust.

What part of the country are you in? We need a live comparison with someone who has an expensive brand exhaust. I have no idea how else to judge if it really sounds great.

@Db34 glad you finally made the move. Did you see the recent post about the person that had the Gen 1 and had a hell of a time fitting the Valvetronic?

No I didn’t. But if it was a true valvetronic system, that’s pretty sad considering how expensive they are.

People put straight pipes with no design whatsoever on these cars and they sound good. I’m on the west coast
