it will go over 200mph easy in 2+ mile distance .I've been 158mph in 1/2 mile . Not sure how long it took as it was on the private airport runway but I'd say we need around 1.5 miles to hit 200mph
Thanks for this. I've had it above 170 on the same highway the Koenigsegg did 280, the difference was it was under construction when I was there!
Hit 175 in my '08 4.2, uphill with a headwind & 150 in my SQ5 with snowboards on the roof, so I figure 2.5 miles pegged in a V10+ should get me over the 200 barrier for sure!

160 mph at Road America...but the braking and corners are the best part of that speed. Such a great car with brake fluid and pads that can take the track along with Pilot Sport Cup 2's and our Ohlins adjustable suspension. Plenty of speed on the road...but being pulled over at 48 mph over on a 55 mph back country road has helped keep me more in line on the roads when the "flesh is weak" with such a car. The blue wrap added to the cops' thrill as I handed them the registration for a black car so they thought I stole it too..had to show them where the wrap stopped...

Mexico 170...spun off the line tires have a good amount of mileage on them....

9 over - that's my story and I'm sticking to it ... ezmaass has a great point though -
just returned from Audi Ice Drive at Seefeld, and even 130 kph sideways thru a gap what seemed to be just a meter wider than that RS5 was long, seemed PLENTY fast ... ;-)

Really cool Audipunk! That must have been a fun experience. How long is that landing strip in total? How long do you have before you need to start slowing down from that (letting off the gas), and how long do you coast before touching the brakes?

Mainquist, what the hell stretch of straight road were you on you got to 204?!

You made the correct choice on keeping the car. Esp with your unicorn.

I never understood weddings. So silly to spend so much money on something that is gone so quickly, where moderate or small sized ones are just as fun. My second was far more fun than the larger first one I had, and cost $110 in front of the Bellagio fountains.
HaHa We did a "Drive through" Wedding in Vegas. It was something I will never forget. The Minister who married us looked at me and said something to me that was weird. He was aware of something I was not at the time of the wedding. He kinda gave me a wink and a smile after asking me if I learned my lesson. I was perplexed I did not understand what he was referring to. Usually quick on my feet to improvise an answer in a blink, but then I thought back at my first marriage and realized I had in fact learned my lesson. So I told him yes, I learned my lesson, still not realizing what was really happening here. Turns out, against all astronomical odds he was the same Minister who married me 24 years prior. Where I had remained in misery until all the kids were gone. To this day it makes my arm hair stand up just thinking about it. What are the odds of that? My wife, a very wise executive assistant to an elected official responded to a discussion about this after the wedding while we were headed to Turks and Caicos for the honeymoon and her exact words were "there is no such thing as coincidence" I was like...where am I, lol.

someone told me that my car was clocked at 192 but AIM gps disagrees and says 198.3
